Terms of Service (Master Services Agreement)

Welcome to Google Play Test Platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Hishtag.com. By registering an account, purchasing any testing package, or using our services, you ("Client", "Developer", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope & Nature of Services

We provide a specialized cloud-assisted Quality Assurance (QA) and device testing laboratory for Android mobile developers. Our services include installing, running, and testing submitted Android packages (APK / AAB) across a managed fleet of physical Android devices for up to 14 consecutive calendar days to meet Google Play Console closed testing requirements and generate real device usability telemetry.

2. Payments & Digital Service Fulfillment

All service packages are billed in USD or supported cryptocurrencies via authorized merchant processors (including Cryptomus and OxaPay). Upon confirmed receipt of payment, service provisioning begins: the client's application package is queued and scheduled across active devices within 2 to 12 hours.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Content)

Clients are strictly prohibited from submitting any application or code that contains:

Malware, spyware, ransomware, or unauthorized surveillance software.
Phishing mechanisms or unauthorized credential-harvesting tools.
Content that promotes illegal activities, copyright infringement, or intellectual property theft.

Any application found violating this policy will be terminated immediately without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Client retains 100% full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all submitted software, trademarks, and source assets. We do not claim any ownership over client applications.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain an industry-leading acceptance track record and rigorous quality standards, final production approval decisions remain under the independent discretion of Google LLC. Our liability is expressly limited to our money-back guarantee and free re-testing commitments as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Payments & Billing Settlement

All service transactions are settled through authorized secure gateways (including Crypto USDT and bank payment methods). Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation and test fleet scheduling.
